Refund policy

Our return policy allows for a 30-day period after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened condition with all packaging and labels intact. Please contact us at hello@tamakhu.com to initiate a return and we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.

We do not accept returns for perishable goods such as whole-bean coffee and tea. If your order arrives damaged or the wrong product is received, please contact us immediately at hello@tamakhu.com so that we can address the issue.

For customers in the European Union, you havethe right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without justification

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product and will be credited to the original payment method. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at hello@tamakhu.com.
